If direct response isn’t part of your consumer marketing, you may be missing a huge opportunity. I’m Robbie Magee and this is the Flynndex. Direct response and traditional brand advertising both help build businesses, but they do it differently. In general terms, brand advertising is an art, while direct response is a science.
Both require creativity, but direct response also uses more systematic methodology based on evidence and proof. Brand advertising is generally designed to appeal to a mass audience. Direct response is targeted to a very specific audience. Instead of building brand awareness and preference for an eventual action, direct response   motivates someone to take an immediate action such as visiting a website or calling a phone number.

How they meet those objectives is
also different. Brand advertising is about shaping or shifting perception. Direct response leverages problems and promises to solve them. Those are some direct response basics. There's always more to learn at helloflynn.com..
